Personal Travel Experience, implements the Terms and Conditions, once the purchase decision has been made to contract our services, it must be sent or communicated to all our clients, the same that must be validated by each client, the same that validates and ratifies the contract relationship between Personal Travel Experience and the client.

Reservation Process and Data Registration:
- All the programs and services exposed in our social networks contain the information, but not the availability of some of them.
- Once the purchase decision has been accepted to facilitate the reservation process, the operator will request the personal data of the people who will make the trip according to the formats sent.
- Once the reservation has been generated, you will receive a communication confirming the registered data.
- In a time no longer than 24 hours one of our advisors will contact you to report the status of your reservations. In case of not receiving said information, clients should contact Personal Travel via WhatsApp. +51984951004.
- Personal Travel acts as an intermediary in some services provided by other providers.
Prices of Programs and Services
- All services are expressed in dollars, for payment in Peruvian currency (S/. – Nuevos Soles), the exchange rate of the day of payment is applied.
- Rates do not include VAT of 18%. (Exempt for foreigners)
- Some rates are subject to discounts.
- Any rate variation will be immediately communicated to customers.
Reservations, payments and deposits
- For confirmation of reservations, the client must make a guarantee deposit
- The reservation will be confirmed when one of our advisors informs the client through WhatsApp or email.
- Payments or guarantee deposits must be made by digital means, bank transfer, credit card or in cash. in cash upon arrival of the clients.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy
- Any change of date has flexibility due to the health emergency situation.
- Any cancellation generated by social conflicts will be rescheduled.
- Any cancellation due to a health emergency situation will be reimbursed after negotiating with the suppliers.
- Any reservation cancellation must be communicated to the company 15 days in advance of being a service under regular conditions.
- The non-presentation of the client at the indicated time of the service, has a 100% penalty.
Required documentation
- Original Identity Document (passport or DNI).
- Vaccination Card (3 doses), except for those under 5 years of age.
- In case of weather conditions and social conflicts Personal Travel has no responsibility for cancellations generated by being an intermediary.
- Signature of the Service Quality Assessment Form.
Special Cases of Health Emergency
- In the event that the passenger is detected with Covid 19, the company provided assistance to the client for the rescheduling or postponement of the travel date.
